to the alumi site of the department of Nonlinear Dynamics at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization (MPIDS).

For twenty years,  from 1996 to 2016, the department of Nonlinear Dynamics, headed by Theo Geisel, has been the theory department of the MPIDS, which until 2003 was named Max Planck Institute for Flow Research (Strömungsforschung) . This site is meant to become a connection hub to all former members of the department and the thematically connected independent (former) research groups for Neurophysics (Fred Wolf) and Network Dynamics (Marc Timme).
